Below are the topics discussed and links to various resources regarding our recent Yakima SolidWorks Users Group Meeting. 

FALL MEETING 2012:
We had a great meeting recently with about 14 people in attendance to hear Adam Smith present, via "GoToMeeting","'How to Build a Super Model – Using Surfacing Tools to enhance Solid Bodies" and Clem See discussing 3D Sketching and his favorite upgrades in SolidWorks 2013. 

As a follow up to our fall meeting we now have access to Adam Smith’s video and models from his presentation.  The 2 models are the "DiNovo Mouse" and the "Tray" and can be found at the following link:  Adam Smith Models.   The Tray was the model used to demonstrate how a surface tool (offset surface) can be used as a resource when solid modeling.  The following is a link to the Drop Box download of the video of his presentation “How to Build a Super Model – Using Surfacing Tools to enhance Solid Bodies".  There are 2 options for viewing this video, streaming or download.  Adam suggests downloading it for better sound and resolution.
