Our Recent LATE WINTER MEETING 2016: Our recent meeting was informative and interactive with about 12 people in attendance to hear a presentation from Kevin Berni on the progress SolidWorks is making with the Users Experince Team.  We also had a round table discussion with Jody Stiles, also form SolidWorks who gathered input from our group members on what they thought could be improved in SolidWorks as enhancements in future versions.

With Chad Fife hosting from Peninsula Packaging, Jody Stiles and Kevin Berni inspect the machines that are used to turn recycled PET plastic bottles into new, clear, retail fruit packaging designed in SolidWorks.
 
 
Describing the vaccum forming machine, these apple and peach containers are heading to the two machines that will cut vents then cut and stack each package to be boxed and shipped to the fruit packagers.   

  
 
During the meeting at Yakima Maker Space, Kevin Berni is describing how the process works for developing and and enhancing SolidWork products taking in consideration customer input.
