Enterprise Designs and Innovations, LLC – with Chris Scarlett as its principal – has over 25 years of experience mastering various Computer Aided Design (CAD) programs including (and initially) AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, and SolidWorks. He has taught engineering design at the college level, is certified as a CSWP (Certified SolidWorks Professional), has a popular CAD based instructional video channel on YouTube (with nearly 3 million views), presented at the yearly SolidWorks World design conferences and has provided dozens of hours of consultation and design work for clients across the US and parts of Europe.
We are now specializing in concept design and development – from product design to large scale models representing special purpose physical structures and systems. We start with your napkin sketch, then initiate a 3D virtual model using SolidWorks (our preferred computer modeling application), then through various client driven iterations we take that developed model and produce a final first step – creating visualizations through in house image and video production in order to facilitate the demonstration of your concept. And it goes from there…
Our end products to our clients may include:
- Visuals including images, drawings, videos along with text or audio descriptions
- Physical models including “Looks Like” and “Works Like” prototypes
- Engineering drawings – that communicate “how do we make it” potentially leading to a “Manufacturable Prototype”.
- And can provide connections for manufacturing, distribution and marketing (not our specialty, but we can help lead you in the right direction).
