Real Estate Virtual “Fly-Around”

This model was created to provide a virtual “Fly-Around” of a property development in the Des Moines area for a client in the real estate business in Seattle.  The “Fly Around” was created using SolidWorks incorporating a ruled surface with an embedded satellite image of the area, various building models of nearby buildings, and the Motion Study.  Music and narration were also added to the client’s liking.  View the video at the following link:
